The Inclusive Workplace Program identifies companies committed to inclusivity and
belonging in the workplace

Morrisville, NC, August 3, 2023, IEM, the nation’s largest woman-and minority-owned emergency management and disaster recovery consulting firm, is honored to be named as an inclusive workplace for 2023 through the Inclusive Workplace Program by Best Companies Group, in collaboration with COLOR Magazine. Along with 29 other companies across the nation, IEM is recognized for demonstrating exemplary commitment to fostering inclusivity and a sense of belonging in the work environment. “These companies serve as an inspiring example of what it truly means to create a workplace where everyone feels like they belong and can bring their full selves to work. Their commitment and their actions are paving the way for a better and more inclusive future,” said Jaime Raul Zepeda, Executive Vice President of Best Companies Group.
