New CEO eyes more hiring for $300M Morrisville firm
Triangle Business Journal, December 21, 2023 – IEM, a top consulting firm specializing in emergency management, has named a new CEO. The four-decade-old company moved its headquarters to Morrisville in 2010 and has grown to 1,200 employees and $300 million in annual revenue. Madhu Beriwal, president and CEO of IEM, founded the company in 1985. She will transition to chairwoman on Jan. 1, with Bryan Koon taking over as CEO.
