Former Chattooga County Sheriff, GEMA director dies Monday
CHATTOOGA COUNTY, Ga. — Gary McConnell, former Chattooga County Sheriff and former director of the Georgia Emergency Management Agency, passed away Monday, the sheriff’s office says.
