With two decades of experience in product development and design, Don Mason currently serves as the Director of Digital Modernization at IEM. He has a proven track record in customer support and consulting, specializing in identifying essential requirements, defining project scopes, and creating tailored project artifacts. His expertise in delivering client-focused solutions and developing data-driven strategies has been instrumental in helping customers achieve tangible results, including saving lives, reducing costs, increasing efficiencies, and improving decision-making.

At IEM, Don heads a low-code platform development team dedicated to configuring fit-for-purpose, cost-effective products. His leadership is pivotal in guiding clients through their digital transformation journeys implementing innovative solutions that align with modern technological advancements and industry best practices.

Before his current role, Don served as IEM’s Manager of Information Solutions, where he managed a cross-functional custom development team. He successfully streamlined development operations, significantly increasing work output and ensuring all customer deadlines were met, particularly for a web-based emergency management decision support system.

Before joining IEM, Don held various roles at Foster Moore, including Senior Director of Project Implementation and Director of Product Management. His journey with Foster Moore was marked by rapid absorption and understanding of the company’s enterprise web-based software solutions. He successfully led teams to deliver several project implementations, acting in various roles from business analyst to executive sponsor and directly communicating with clients.

Don is a certified Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master, credentials that underscore his commitment to professional development and adherence to industry best practices in project management and agile methodologies.
