Allison Patrick brings over 25 years of unparalleled expertise and visionary leadership in government contracting to IEM. With a strategic acumen honed across federal, state, and local government markets, her impact reverberates throughout the industry. As the Chief Growth Officer , Allison will harness her extensive background to chart the course for market opportunities and business development across diverse sectors and clientele.

Before her arrival at IEM, Allison held the pivotal role of Vice President and Account Manager, overseeing the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) portfolio for a major government contractor. Responsible for a portfolio generating $280 million annually, she orchestrated the strategic delivery and expansion of critical national security programs, consistently exceeding targets and nurturing essential federal engagements. Allison’s foresight proved invaluable in navigating intricate re-competitions and amplifying market presence across various DHS agencies.

A luminary in federal information technology (IT) services, Allison’s accomplishments are emblematic of her ability to drive substantial revenue growth and profitability. She is successful in managing and delivering large-scale IT enterprise contracts, business process outsourcing endeavors, citizen-centric service initiatives, and cybersecurity undertakings. Notably, her stewardship in the cybersecurity domain extended to solution development and delivery at the Departments of Energy and Transportation.

Throughout her career, Allison has been a catalyst for success, cultivating high-performing teams and fostering environments conducive to productivity and innovation. Her strategic vision has resulted in acquiring contracts exceeding $100 million, including flagship programs surpassing the billion-dollar mark and prominent government contract vehicles.

In her previous roles, Allison’s transformative leadership propelled exponential revenue growth, elevating annual revenues from $400 million to over $1 billion as Senior Vice President of Sales. Her proactive approach significantly augmented the company’s pipeline within a year, showcasing her prowess in driving business transformation and operational scalability.

With a track record of penetrating markets and securing lucrative contracts, Allison’s tenure as Managing Director and Strategic Sales Lead was characterized by surpassing growth targets and steering a $900 million safety and citizen services portfolio to new heights.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Allison’s commitment to community service is evident through her board positions at esteemed organizations such as the American Red Cross for the National Capitol Region, the Air Traffic Control Association, and the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in political science and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the Maxwell School of Citizenship & Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
