Our team of nationally recognized disaster recovery and crisis management leaders have the qualifications and relevant experience managing similar large and mid-size programs, including but not limited to, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, and FEMA Public Assistance (PA) and mitigation grants, and Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) programs.

Learn more about the programs we support, specifically

IEM can assist in establishing the financial reimbursement and recovery goals from ARPA or other federal grant programs within your jurisdiction, or manage and maintain the temporary programs which may otherwise require additional staff to support. Through effective grant logic modeling and focus on grant compliance, we can help your jurisdiction optimize available ARPA and other federal funding.

Given the broad nature of the allocation, and the limited guard rails provided, there are numerous community programs which could be implemented, infrastructure investments which could be made, and methods which could be innovated to support your community’s continued response to COVID-19. IEM stands ready to help you with what we do best – designing programs to address your community-specific needs by leveraging this historic funding.
