Since joining IEM, Mark has played a crucial role in accommodating the rapid growth of IEM’s information technology services, effectively supporting rapid employee growth. His leadership in developing and implementing information technology policies and procedures has ensured consistency and efficiency within the organization. Mark’s deep understanding of information technology needs, especially in large-scale disaster recovery programs, has been instrumental in numerous successful program start-ups.

Before his tenure at IEM, Mark honed his skills and expertise through significant roles in other high-profile organizations. He managed the information technology support organization for healthcare and real estate companies. This extensive background reflects Mark’s ability to adapt and excel in diverse information technology environments, ensuring optimal performance and compliance in all his endeavors.
