When you opt-in to receive SMS messages from us, we may collect:

- Message data, including the content of SMS messages sent and received, the delivery status of SMS messages, and interaction data related to SMS messages.

- Complying with applicable laws and regulations and responding to lawful requests and legal processes.

- We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers that assist us in operating our SMS services. These parties are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information. We do not transfer your consent to third parties for use in any other SMS campaign.
- We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to a legal request, such as a subpoena, court order, or government demand.
Information Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Opting Out and Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You have the right to:
- Opt out of receiving SMS messages by replying “STOP” to any message or contacting us at privacy@iem.com.
- Request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting us at privacy@iem.com.
Changes
We reserve the right to change this policy at our discretion and at any time. When we change this policy, we will post the updated notice and update you on the effective date. We will explicitly state if we materially change how we treat your personal information.
