The women highlighted as the 2025 honorees demonstrate impactful leadership and meaningful contributions across Florida.
Diana serves as Program Manager for Disaster Case Management at IEM. With decades of experience in the public, not-for-profit, and private sectors, Diana is an invaluable member of the team. Her survivor-centric approach ensures communities have the tools and resources necessary to rebuild after a disaster and prepare for a more resilient future. Diana is recognized for her compassionate, knowledgeable, and wholehearted commitment to supporting communities, families, and individuals in every program or project she leads.

Diana is also the co-host of the DisasterSmiths podcast, IEM’s resource for insightful conversations that explore disaster recovery, emergency management, and resilience. Diana and co-host Chris Smith lead discussions featuring experts across the industry to illuminate the intricacies of various topics relevant to our team, clients, and partners. Her expertise is instrumental in driving the podcast’s influential progression.
