IEM manages the full U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) and Mitigation (CDBG-MIT)  lifecycle, from needs assessments and program design through construction and closeout. To date, IEM’s Mitigation Team has developed more than 10,000 mitigation and resiliency project applications funded by state and federal programs nationwide, including 2,500 projects in a single state, valued at more than $11 billion.
