Amy leads the human resources business function at IEM, where her role encompasses managing a diverse team of human resources generalists and recruiters. Amy is particularly adept at navigating the challenges of staff surges during extensive disaster recovery efforts, ensuring seamless adaptation and support for her team.
Before her tenure at IEM, Amy directed human resources operations at a surgical center, where she was responsible for over 200 employees, crafting human resources goals, managing budgets, and advising on employee performance matters. Her proactive approach enhanced employee morale and a robust, compliant human resources framework. Amy also played a pivotal role at Volunteers of America, directing human resources for over 450 employees and aligning the workforce with strategic organizational goals.
Amy’s early career includes a significant role at a large healthcare facility, where she coordinated human resources services for departments with over 700 employees. This role honed her skills in mediation, policy interpretation, and training, contributing to her comprehensive human resources expertise.
