Amy has 25 years of professional experience in human resources and employee management. Her policies have led to quality improvement among staff members. At IEM, she leads the HR team including generalists and recruiters for IEM, the world’s largest woman-owned emergency management organization. She is experienced with the staffing profiles of CDBG-DR projects, and understands and adapts to staff surges during disaster recovery efforts.  She oversees IEM’s efforts in employee training.
