As Director of Contract Administration and Compliance at IEM, Keith manages and enforces an effective legal compliance program in line with both federal and state laws. He brings over a decade of experience in contract administration, analysis, and compliance with federal and state regulations. Keith is a detail-oriented and technology-savvy attorney with expertise in legal compliance, strategic guidance, and contract development, as well as proven skills in negotiation and navigating complex contract structures.
In his role, Keith ensures compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation. His responsibilities also include expanding and reviewing company policies, completing audit work papers, and recommending opportunities to strengthen internal control structures.
Before joining IEM, Keith practiced as an attorney in various areas, including business formation and governance, business acquisitions, real estate matters, estate planning, and succession planning. He developed a variety of custom contracts for unique business situations, handled complex corporate restructuring, and assisted in negotiations for business acquisitions.
Keith earned his Juris Doctor and a Certificate in Civil Law from Tulane University School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Louisiana State University, with honors. He is a licensed attorney and notary public.
