“We looked at the data and the data told us a lot about what the county needed, whether it was housing or infrastructure or business or any other type of service,” says Lagudi. “Then we came back and we met with the county. We met with local leaders as well as residents and said, ‘Hey- these are some of the things that we’re thinking about doing as part of our unmet needs assessment.”
