CMMI is a globally recognized process improvement framework that evaluates capability, business performance, and operational processes. Achieving CMMI Level 3 signifies IEM is operating at a “defined” level, demonstrating well-established processes and standards that are understood and continually refined. This milestone affirms IEM tailors its processes to address the unique characteristics and needs of specific projects, ensuring measurable impact for clients, products, and services.

“As a trusted partner to clients managing complex, high-stakes programs where execution must be right, CMMI Level 3 is independent validation demonstrating that IEM has the processes, discipline, and organizational maturity to consistently deliver,” noted Bryan Koon, IEM President and CEO.

“At IEM, helping our clients achieve success is our driving force,” said Brad Tiffee, IEM Chief Administrative Officer. “CMMI Maturity Level 3 is an independent, third-party confirmation that our processes are disciplined and built to deliver results.”

The appraisal was performed by Ronald Weidemann of the H&W Group. This achievement reflects the rigorous preparation and commitment of the IEM team members who led the appraisal process.

“Organizations worldwide are harnessing CMMI to elevate their business performance to new heights, creating a sustainable competitive advantage in the process” stated Ron Lear, VP, Frameworks and Models at ISACA. “We commend IEM on achieving this CMMI appraisal level and demonstrating their ability as a high-performing organization.”
