What’s next for resilience science and natural disaster preparedness?

“There’s a lot of moving parts right now that particularly local government are going to find challenging in how they deal with disasters because [states] just don’t know where the support’s coming from,” said Koon. “They don’t know where the money’s coming from, and the money’s looking to be reduced in the future, particularly in Florida.”
