Tori Everhart, IEM’s Director of Business Development, brings extensive experience in business development and proposal management, supported by a strong educational foundation and a proven ability to lead in dynamic environments.

At IEM, Tori leads a diverse team of proposal professionals, driving the company’s business development efforts. Her leadership is marked by strategic resource allocation, the direction of proposal activities, and the creation of training programs that enhance team capabilities. Tori plays a critical role in shaping proposal strategies and refining processes to consistently deliver high-quality, compliant proposals that align with IEM’s goals.

Tori’s journey at IEM has seen her rise through various roles, from Proposal Coordinator to Manager, where she was instrumental in managing complex proposal development and leading process improvements. Her prior experience at Bennett Aerospace further honed her skills in proposal development and operations, where she played a key role in optimizing business operations and supporting growth initiatives.

Tori holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from North Carolina State University, a Master of Science in Management from Wake Forest University and is currently pursuing an MBA from Wake Forest University. She is also a certified Practitioner with the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (CP APMP).
