Tim is adept at increasing the efficiency and quality of housing recovery efforts, managing over $2 billion in grant funding and assisting more than 70,000 applicants.

As the Program Manager for the Rebuild Florida Housing Repair and Replacement Program, Tim significantly enhanced the program’s delivery speed and effectiveness. Under his leadership, the program saw a remarkable increase in monthly home completions, with a peak performance of 194 homes in a single month. His approach completed hundreds of homes and closed out numerous projects.

In his previous role as Production Manager for the Rebuild Florida Program, Tim revolutionized production reporting and analytics, leading to a nearly 300% increase in program production across various task areas, demonstrating his capability to drive substantial improvements in program efficiency and output.

Before his current roles, Tim was Program Manager for the Rebuild North Carolina Program and Homeowner’s Services Manager for the Restore Louisiana Program.
