WEBINAR: Before the Flood | A Virtual Discussion on Preparedness & Resiliency

IEM had the privilege of hosting a panel discussion on preparedness and resilience for the major spring flooding that has or is expected to occur in parts of the nation. Flooding is a challenge for regions across the country due to various conditions including winter snowpack and ice melting, heavy seasonal rainfall, and climate change.

The panel featured state and local emergency management officials who offered their expertise and highlighted the urgency of addressing issues in advance to protect communities.
