We are quickly approaching the first 90 days since the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) was signed into law to provide access to critical emergency funding following the COVID-19 pandemic. Millions of Americans lost their jobs at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, and many continue to struggle to find gainful employment today or catch-up on delinquent bills. The ARPA offers funding to state, local, tribal and territorial (SLTT) governments to help restore economies and support communities that continue to recover from the impacts of COVID-19.
