IEM Officially Inducted into the MSEP Program
Strengthening Support for Military Families Through Meaningful Employment Opportunities
IEM is honored to announce our official induction into the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) at the Annual Partner Meeting—ENGAGE 2025 event in Arlington, Virginia. The MSEP program connects military spouses to employment opportunities with committed partners. Originally accepted into the program in 2024, this partnership underscores IEM’s commitment to supporting military families and communities, recognizing the diverse experiences and talents military spouses bring to our workforce.
By partnering with MSEP, we aim to expand our reach in the military community, enabling us to recruit, hire, and retain military spouses. These opportunities will open the doors for career growth and development that align with each individual’s unique experiences and skills.
“Military families embody service and resilience, representing IEM’s values perfectly. Through MSEP, we are proud to offer military spouses professional growth opportunities that honor their sacrifices and empower them to build fulfilling careers while navigating the unique challenges of military life,” said Amy Stewart, Director of Human Resources. “We are excited to continue working with MSEP to provide meaningful employment and a supportive community for military spouses while enriching our team with their experiences.”
