RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC, October 9, 2014 – IEM’s David Willauer, Manager of Transportation and Geospatial Technology, and a well-known hazardous materials expert, recently accepted the role of Vice-Chairman for the Transportation Research Board (TRB) Committee on Transportation of Hazardous Materials.
