IEM Appoints Amber Pi’ilani Loudenburg as Account Executive for the Pacific Region
Role will Prioritize Efforts on Community Resilience and Sustainable Solutions
September 24, 2024, Morrisville, NC – IEM International, Inc., a recognized leader in emergency management and disaster recovery, is pleased to announce the appointment of Amber Pi’ilani Loudenburg to the newly created position of Account Executive, Pacific Region.
To meet the growing needs of our customers, IEM is expanding its Growth Organization by strategically positioning seasoned business development professionals to oversee regional accounts and further strengthen the company’s quality customer service and commitment to the communities we serve.
IEM is excited to continue support for the Pacific Region, including Hawaii and Guam, with Loudenburg leading the way. Bringing her vast emergency management expertise and deep roots in Hawaiian culture, Loudenburg will prioritize long-term community resilience and disaster preparedness across the region, collaborating with local governments, Indigenous organizations, and private sector partners. With a focus on cultural preservation and environmental stewardship, Loudenburg will drive initiatives that support sustainable development and climate adaptation.

Her career has been about implementing best practices and providing recommendations for all-hazards incidents and events. She is a leader and represents the commitment IEM has made to the State of Hawaii.”
In alignment with IEM’s mission, Loudenburg will lead cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions tailored to the unique challenges of the Pacific islands. Having been with IEM since 2022, her work will focus on integrating cultural sensitivity and environmental sustainability, ensuring our efforts align with the region’s values and needs. Prior to this position, she managed similar IEM efforts in Puerto Rico.
