This eight-hour training covers the topics of plan writing and supporting tools, PowerPoint development, briefings and agendas, meeting and conference call facilitation, supplemental technology, and provides for open discussion. This training will expand attendees’ emergency management toolbox by showcasing how standard tools are applied, highlight under-utilized tools and technology, offer proven tips and tricks to strengthen daily skills, and provide a forum for the exchange of ideas on how to grow emergency manager’s professional talents.
