COVID-19 State Projections 12.29.21

Leveraging over 15 years of support to HHS for medical consequence modeling and our proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) models, IEM believes that our COVID-22 model outputs can be used to assist localities and their medical facilities to better prepare for an increase in hospitalizations, to better plan for and locate drive-through testing facilities, and to determine where increased levels of transmission may be occurring. Our AI model provides an accurate 7-day projections that can be used for operational and logistical planning.

Please note that the state of Maryland has updated the county level COVID case counts for today only, but they have not provided case counts between December 4 and now. We have estimated the older county level case counts based on the percentage of cases in the county relative to the state counts.
