COVID-19 antibody infusion center opens Wednesday
Victoria Advocate – An infusion center that will provide antibody treatments for COVID-19 patients is opening in Victoria on Wednesday. The 10-bed facility will be able to treat about 30 to 40 patients a day. It will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Over the weekend, Ashbritt-IEM Health, a Florida-based private contractor, converted the vacant school building into a treatment facility with a call center, registration room and 10 chairs where patients will be treated by an on-site staff of five nurses and one doctor.
